By accessing or using FlashPage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlashPage is an AI-powered platform that generates product pages for e-commerce stores. The Service includes URL scraping, AI content generation, page editing, and integration with third-party platforms such as Shopify.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI systems
  • Abuse the scraping functionality to overload third-party websites
  • Share or resell your account credentials
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated through the Service is owned by you. However, you are responsible for ensuring that product data imported from third-party sources complies with those platforms' terms of service. FlashPage retains rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI is provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated reviews, descriptions, and claims should be reviewed before publishing. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and legality of all published content.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlashPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
